Cocktail Receptions

We offer cocktail receptions for both weekday and weekend weddings. A cocktail style reception allows you the freedom to mingle with all of your guests. Whether it’s a champagne toast or a full finger food meal, we know you’ll be delighted with our offerings.

• Maximum of 65 guests, minimum 15
• We offer a charcuterie board style menu which includes a variety of tastes and textures sure to please most palates, including children. This includes a selection of cold meats, cheeses (soft, strong, medium), baguettes, crisps, fruit, dips and spreads.
• Outside caterers can be accommodated if you wish to offer hot appetizers and finger foods as well.
• We can provide vegan/gluten-free/Halal options upon request.
• We serve wine, beer, and any other beverage in a can or bottle. No mixed drinks. No cash bar.
• No outside alcohol.
• Coffee and tea service, punch, pop, juice, and warm apple cider are all beverage choices you might select.
• You are welcome to bring your own wedding cake or cupcakes. Our staff is available to cut and plate cake for an additional charge.

We quote on a case-by-case basis as the price can be affected by menu choice and bar needs.

Here is some sample pricing:

• Full charcuterie-board style meal: $22/person
• Most beers (473 ml) $7 each
• Most wines $6 per glass
• Sparkling wine toast for 30 people: Approx $420 (includes a glass of sparkling wine or non-alcoholic alternative for everyone, permit, stemware, Smart Serve bartender, and additional time with your booking)

Sit-down Receptions

While we are not designed to host sit-down meals, small groups of up to 32 may be accommodated on the lower level of the building. We suggest you come for a tour to see the space and discuss your specific needs.
